The staff was helpful. The location was convenient. It was very close to the train station. Complimentary coffees and water were a bonus. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day.

I noticed the hotel charges a deposit of 100 euros. This was unexpected. The neighborhood felt a bit scary to walk around at night. It did not feel like the cleanest area.

inconvenient bathroom layoutdisruptive room noise

I had a couple of issues . first, the bathroom layout was quite inconvenient. There wasn't a proper shower enclosure, so water splashed everywhere. also, the noise from the neighboring room was disruptive. The walls seemed thin, and i could hear them partying until 1 am. i had to ask them to quiet down myself since staff didn't intervene. it wasn't what i expected from a supposed 4-star hotel.

I found the room smaller than expected. The air conditioning was ineffective. It struggled to cool the space. The bathroom lacked proper shower enclosure and caused flooding on the floor. The noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive, continuing late into the night. This impacted the quality of my sleep.

the hotel had a great location near the train station. this made it easy to travel around the south of france. the staff was really helpful. aziz stood out in particular.

i found the neighborhood around the hotel a bit unsafe. walking around at night was not pleasant. also, the rooms felt quite tiny. there was not much space to move around comfortably.
